By purchasing products from DATA SOLUTION PROVIDERS LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. DATA SOLUTION PROVIDERS LTD control Football-Bet-Data and Racing-Bet-Data and all associated products and services.

1. Product Description

  • Our products are digital downloads designed for specific use, e.g., data analysis, betting insights, etc.
  • The product description on the website details the contents and features of each file.

2. Digital Downloads

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download the purchased product.
  • The download link is valid for 7 days and must only be downloaded once. Neither the link, or the product itself is to be shared with anyone other than the purchaser.

3. License

  • The purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or professional purposes. The software license is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. To continue receiving support and any amended versions, the license fee must be renewed annually. However, you may continue using the software indefinitely if the license fee is not renewed.
  • You may not share, distribute, resell, or use the product for commercial gain without explicit permission.
  • Should the product stop working due to a newer version of Excel or any other system related upgrade we take no responsibility for the on going support or performance of the files.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through payment processor, Stripe or PayPal.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

  • The product is provided “as is.” You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Unauthorized sharing, modification, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • You may not claim ownership of or create derivative works based on our products without permission.

  • We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or compatibility issues.
  • Your use of the product is at your own risk.

9. Technical Support

  • Basic support is available should the question be about something not already covered in the video guides or product FAQ.
  • We aim to respond within 48 hours unless we feel the query is not related to our product or is already answered within the guides or individual product FAQ.

10. Updates

  • We may provide updates to our products from time to time. Availability and access to updates depend upon the terms of your purchase and whether holding a current licence.

11. Privacy

  • We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our site terms HERE (FBD) and HERE (RBD)

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
